Selain beberapa nutrisi tersebut, jamur enoki juga menyimpan zat antioksidan antara lain asam galat, asam ferulat, quercetin, asam klorogenat, pirogalol, dan asam ellagic.
Dengan kandungan tersebut, jamur enoki tentu memberi dampak baik bagi kesehatan, beberapa seperti dapat mencegah kerusakan sel akibat radikal bebas, menurunkan kadar kolesterol jahat dalam darah, menjaga kesehatan jantung, dan menghambat perkembangan sel kanker.
