Park Seo Joon Muncul dalam Trailer Film The Marvels
Aktor Korea Selatan Park Seo Joon resmi memulai debutnya di dunia Hollywood. Lewat trailer film The Marvels, aktor 34 tahun itu siap berperan dalam sekuel Captain Marvel tersebut.
Dalam video yang diunggah pada Rabu (11/4), Park Seo Joon tampak sedang memimpin pasukan dengan tampilan yang berbeda dengan biasanya, yaitu dengan baju zirah besi dan juga dengan gaya rambut yang panjang.
Video yang berdurasi kurang dari 2 menit itu menampilkan sejumlah karakter, seperti pahlawan Carol Davers/Captain Marvel, Kamala Khan/Mr. Marvel, Captain Rambeau, dan juga yang menarik perhatian adalah kehadiran Park Seo Joon di trailer tersebut.
Diketahui, Park Seo Joon akan berperan sebagai Yan D’Aladna, seorang pangeran dari planet Aladna. Dari cerita di komik, pangeran Yan digambarkan sebagai bagian dari keluarga kerajaan sekaligus seorang anggota band populer dengan gaya rambut yang khas dan juga pakaian yang mencolok.
Dalam film The Marvel, pemeran Ko Dongan di Drakor Fight For My Way (2017) ini, akan beradu acting dengan Brie Larson sebagai Captain Marvel atau Carol Davers, Iman Vellani sebagai Kamala Khan, Lashana Lync sebagai MariaRambeau, Teyonah Parris sebagai Monica Rambeau dan masih banyak lagi.
Film yang disutradari Nia Dacosta dan diproduseri Kevin Feige ini, dijadwalkan tayang pada 10 November 2023 mendatang.
Adapun film ini mengisahkan tentang Carol Davers alias Captain Marvel, yang telah mendapatkan kembali identitasnya dari pemerintahan tirani Bangsa Kree dan telah membalaskan dendam pada Supreme Intelegence.
Namun, dari hal itu semua ada konsekuensi yang membuat Carol harus memikul beban alam semesta yang tidak stabil.
Sementara itu, ketika sedang menjalankan misi, kekuatannya itu secara tidak sengaja terhubung dengan Kama Khan alias Ms. Marvel dan Captain Rambeau yang merupakan seorang astronaut S.A.B.E.R.
Ketiganya pun harus bekerja sama untuk menyelamatkan alam semesta sebeagai The Marvels.
Sebelumnya, Park Seo Joon telah dikonfirmasi akan berpatisipasi dalam film garapan Marvel Studios sejak tahun 2021 silam.
Popularitas aktor Park Seo Joon sebagai seorang aktor, kian melambung ketika ia bermain dalam drama Korea Fight for My Way tahun 2017. Di situ ia berakting sebagai Ko Dong Man dan beradu adegan dengan aktris Kim Ji Won.
