Resep Ayam Goreng Madu Mentega ala Chef Devina, Cocok untuk Berbuka dan Sahur!

Ayam merupakan menu favorit yang menjadi kegemaran hampir semua orang. Selain mudah dijumpai, ayam juga mengandung banyak protein hewani yang baik bagi tubuh.

Namun seringnya, ayam hanya dimasak dengan cara digoreng atau diberi tambahan saus sambal sebagai pendamping.

Resep ayam goreng madu mentega ini memiliki cita rasa manis gurih dan sehat, karena mengandung protein dan potongan sayur di dalamnya. Resep ini bisa kamu jadikan menu makanan untuk sahur dan berbuka.

Berikut Resep dan cara membuat Ayam Goreng madu mentega ala chef Devina Hermawan.

Bahan:

– 450 gram ayam filet

– 3 siung bawang putih

– 8 sdm pati kentang

– 1 sdt kaldu ayam kaldu

– 1 sdm kecap asin

– 1 butir telur

Bumbu Pelengkap:

– ½ buah bawang bombai

– 100 gr kabocha hijau

– 3 buah cabe merah

– 50 gr buncis

Bahan Saus:

– 1-2 sdm madu

– 1-2 sdm Anchor Salted Butter

– ⅓ sdt kaldu ayam bubuk

Cara Membuat:

1. Keringkan ayam lalu potong kotak-kotak. Pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk.

2. Masukkan perasan jeruk nipis, kaldu ayam bubuk, kecap asin, bawang putih halus, telur, dan tepung sanfen, aduk rata.

3. Potong besar wortel, kabocha, buncis, cabai merah, dan bawang bombai, sisihkan.

4. Panaskan minyak, goreng ayam hingga kecokelatan, tiriskan.

5. Di dalam wajan yang sama, goreng sayuran selama 1-2 menit, tiriskan.

6. Pindahkan ayam dan sayuran ke dalam mangkuk lalu masukkan Anchor Salted Butter, madu, dan kaldu ayam bubuk, aduk rata.

7. Ayam goreng madu mentega siap disajikan.
